We currently ship out packages on Monday only. This is to allow our third party shipping companies to successful deliver all packages within the week.Â
Local deliveries will ship out Monday-Wednesday.
Local Pick-Up is available M-F at the Benson's Bowl Kitchen.

We currently offer flat rate shipping rates based on box size.Â
