Refund policy
Customer Satisfaction :Â At Benson's Bowl we want all of our customers to be fully satisfied with our food and the overall shopping experience! Please inspect your order at delivery. In the unfortunate event that there is an issue with your shipment, please reach out to tara@bensonsbowl.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.Â
Order Changes & Cancellations: If any order changes or cancellations are requested after your payment method has been charged, we will try our best effort to put a stop on the order and refund your payment method. However, if an order has already been prepped and dispatched, a cancellation cannot be guaranteed.Â
Refunds: If you need to cancel your order before it ships, we’re happy to accommodate and refund your original payment method. However, once the order has been sent out, we’re unable to offer refunds. We also don’t provide refunds based on a dog’s preferences. That said, if your order arrives in a compromised condition (e.g., damaged packaging), please reach out to us upon delivery (tara@bensonsbowl.com), and we’ll make it right.
Please note that we have the right to ask for product photos and/or product returns prior to finalizing any refunds or credits.Â
